616 Lofts is the locally based and operated property management arm of 616 Development which manages tenant communities in Grand Rapids, Michigan. These communities are currently comprised of:

616 Lofts on Pearl,

616 Lofts on Ionia and

616 Lofts on Grandville.

The 616 Lofts communities enjoy above market occupancy levels, and have worked to build self-sustaining resident communities through:

- social media, email newsletters

- on-the-street networking with local influencers

- production of resident events

- new resident welcome packages

- involvement in local events

- partnering with local businesses (the 616 Pass) and

- our Resident Liaison program.
