We are currently exploring development opportunities in Battle Creek and Kalamazoo. With the continued engagement and enthusiasm of local community leaders, businesses and residents, we believe these up-and-coming urban centers are poised for a renaissance of economic growth. As opportunities in our pipeline solidify, we look forward to sharing the details here.

At 616, we’re always looking ahead. We daily consider how our actions will impact our community and our business not only today, and tomorrow, but next year, in five years, or in ten years.
With that forward-minded approach, we’ve worked to develop a geospecific property management brand which can be replicated not only in our home base of Grand Rapids, but in other up-and-coming urban centers. With as many viable opportunities for revitalization which lie in our own backyard, there are more waiting to be realized beyond our hometown. As 616 Lofts grows, we work to create systems which could flourish just as well in another city. What strategies engage our local community? Which parts of these strategies are geospecific, and which parts are universal to urban community? What amenities meet universal expectations for urban living?
Although we have yet to swing a hammer outside of Grand Rapids’ city limits, we continue to build systems for managing lofts communities in Battle Creek, Kalamazoo, or wherever else the mission to build critical mass takes us.
In the words of IBM founder Tom Watson, we recognize that in order to become a great company, we must act like a great company long before we become one.
